In 2020 we shifted our services from in-person dial testing to online, using a dial testing platform called Perception Analyzer Online. Since that time, we have not looked back. With PAO, we’re gathering the same qualify feedback as before, just in a different way. As an added bonus, online research lets us include respondents from different geographic regions in the same focus group, something we could not do before.
