About This Project
Matt is the Vice President of Research, responsible for conducting qualitative research, writing dial test scripts, gathering data, conducting analyses, writing reports, creating presentations, and moderating in-depth interviews.
Most recently, he has been moderating in-depth interviews for the Back-to-Normal Barometer and reporting his key findings from this qualitative research to our project sponsors. Also, Matt is the Project Manager for the Swing Voter Project, which focused on Obama-Trump voters from March 2019 through November 2020. He is continuing that role in 2021 as we study Trump-Biden voters.
Matt earned a B.A. from New York University, where he was on the Dean’s List and double-majored in politics and journalism, with a minor in media, culture, and communication. He previously was a staff assistant of constituent services for Congressman Chris Smith (NJ-4).
